By purchasing, downloading, or using any software or services provided through SevvyMods ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
SevvyMods provides quality-of-life tools, visual overlays, and gameplay aids intended for use in cooperative and solo PvE gameplay in Phasmophobia. Our software is designed to enhance the personal experience of players in private lobbies and solo sessions. It is not designed for, marketed toward, or intended to provide advantage in competitive player-versus-player environments, and Phasmophobia itself is a cooperative PvE title with no competitive ranked play.
You agree to use our software only as intended and not in any manner that harasses, griefs, or degrades the experience of other players in shared lobbies.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to purchase or use our products. By completing a purchase you represent that you meet this requirement.
When you purchase a product from SevvyMods, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal use for the duration of your purchased term. Terms may be time-limited (1 day, 1 week, 1 month) or "Lifetime," as described in Section 5. You are not purchasing the software itself — you are purchasing access to it through a license key.
Each license key is bound to a single device upon first activation. A key cannot be used on multiple machines simultaneously. If you need to change hardware, email support@sevvymods.com or reach out on our Discord for a license reset.
License keys are time-based. Your subscription period begins on first activation (when your license is bound to a device), not at the time of purchase. This means an unused key does not lose time sitting in your inbox. Once your subscription expires, you will need to purchase a new key to continue using the software.
Lifetime licenses. A Lifetime license grants access for as long as SevvyMods continues to operate and actively maintain the applicable mod product. A Lifetime license does not grant perpetual rights to the underlying software, does not guarantee indefinite feature availability, and does not transfer to any successor product or business. If we discontinue the product within six (6) months of your Lifetime purchase, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion — see the Refund Policy for details. After six months of ownership, a Lifetime license is considered fulfilled and no refund is available. Lifetime does not mean "forever under any circumstance"; it means "for the operational life of this product." All other terms of this agreement apply to Lifetime licenses identically to time-limited licenses, including revocation for cause (Section 8) and device-locking (Section 4).

All software, branding, logos, and content provided by SevvyMods are the exclusive property of SevvyMods. Your license grants you the right to use the software; it does not grant you ownership, redistribution rights, or any right to create derivative works.
We reserve the right to revoke your license and disable your key at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to: key sharing, chargeback disputes, abusive behavior, or misuse of the software. No refund will be issued in connection with a termination for cause.
Our software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future game update. We make reasonable efforts to maintain and update our products, but continuous availability cannot be promised.
You acknowledge that use of any third-party software alongside a game may carry risks including, but not limited to, action by the game developer or publisher against your game account. SevvyMods is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers or publishers of Phasmophobia, and we are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of our products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SevvyMods, its operators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SevvyMods regarding your use of our products, and supersede any prior understandings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
