By purchasing, downloading, or using any software or services provided through SevvyMods ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
When you purchase a product from SevvyMods, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal use. You are not purchasing the software itself — you are purchasing access to it through a license key.
Each license key is bound to a single hardware ID (HWID) upon first activation. Your key cannot be used on multiple machines simultaneously. If you need to change hardware, contact us on Discord for an HWID reset.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to revoke your license and ban your key at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these terms, chargeback disputes, key sharing, or abusive behavior. No refund will be provided in the event of a ban for violating these terms.
Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be undetected, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future game updates at all times. We make reasonable efforts to maintain and update our products, but we cannot promise continuous availability.
You acknowledge that using third-party software modifications may carry risks including, but not limited to, game bans or account restrictions imposed by game developers. SevvyMods is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of our products.
License keys are time-based. Your subscription period begins on first activation (when your HWID is bound), not at the time of purchase. Once your subscription expires, you will need to purchase a new key to continue using the software.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
