Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Our goal is to be fair to our customers while protecting against the unique challenges of selling digital goods.

Digital Goods

All products sold by SevvyMods are digital license keys delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Because these keys are usable the moment they reach you, our refund policy is structured around activation rather than delivery.

Before Activation

If you have received your license key but have not yet activated it (i.e. it has not been bound to a device), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund under this window, email support@sevvymods.com with your order details. Approved refunds will result in your unused key being revoked.

After Activation

Once your license key has been activated and bound to a device, refunds are not available. At that point the product has been used and is non-returnable. This includes cases where a subscription period has already begun ticking down.

Lifetime Licenses

Lifetime licenses are priced significantly below the cumulative cost of renewing monthly indefinitely. This pricing reflects a single upfront commitment rather than ongoing service. Because of this, Lifetime licenses follow a separate refund structure:

• Before activation: Same 14-day case-by-case refund window as any other tier. Refunds revoke the unused key.
• Within the first 6 months after activation, if SevvyMods discontinues the product: Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion, prorated against the time you have used the product. This is a discretionary courtesy, not a guarantee.
• After 6 months of ownership: No refund is available. At this point, the Lifetime license has already provided value exceeding six consecutive 1-month renewals, and the license is considered fulfilled.
• Voluntary cancellation / change of mind: Once activated, Lifetime licenses are non-refundable for any reason other than SevvyMods discontinuing the product within the first 6 months.

"Lifetime" as used here means for the operational lifetime of the product, not for the lifetime of the purchaser. SevvyMods cannot and does not guarantee indefinite product availability. If the product is permanently discontinued, your Lifetime license ends with it, subject to the refund provisions above.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Regardless of activation status, refunds will not be issued for:

• Action taken against your game account by the game developer or publisher (see our Terms of Service regarding third-party software use)
• Keys that have been activated and used, even briefly
• Buyer's remorse after activation
• Incompatibility with hardware or software configurations the product does not officially support
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

Exceptions — Issues on Our End

If something genuinely goes wrong on our side, we will make it right. This includes:

• You paid but never received a license key due to a technical issue
• Your key was delivered but is non-functional due to a server-side error on our end
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase

In these cases, email support@sevvymods.com or reach out on our Discord with your order details. We will investigate and either resolve the issue, provide a replacement key, or issue a refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your license key, with no possibility of reinstatement. Please reach out to us first — we respond quickly and would much rather resolve a legitimate issue directly than see it go through your payment provider.

Discretion

All refunds are ultimately at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline a refund request that falls outside the circumstances described above.
