Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Goods

All products sold by SevvyMods are digital goods. Once a license key has been generated and delivered to you, the transaction is considered complete. Due to the nature of digital products, we are generally unable to offer refunds.

No Refunds After Key Delivery

Once your license key has been generated and displayed to you (on the success page or via any other delivery method), a refund cannot be issued. The key is immediately usable and we have no way to "take it back."

No Refunds for Bans

If your game account is banned or restricted by the game developer while using our software, we cannot issue a refund. Use of third-party modifications is done at your own risk, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

Exceptions

We understand that things can go wrong. In the following cases, we may work with you to find a resolution:

• You paid but never received a license key due to a technical issue
• Your key was delivered but is non-functional due to a server-side error on our end
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase

In these cases, reach out to us on Discord with your order details. We'll investigate and either resolve the issue, provide a replacement key, or issue a refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your license key, with no possibility of reinstatement. Please reach out to us directly first — we're reasonable people.
