When you use SevvyMods, we collect the following:

• Hardware ID (HWID): A unique identifier generated from your system hardware. Used to bind your license key to a single machine. We do not collect your computer name, username, or any other system information.
• IP Address: Logged during license validation for security and abuse prevention purposes.
• Payment Information: Payments are processed entirely by NOWPayments. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank details, or crypto wallet addresses. We only receive a confirmation that payment was made.
• License Key & Order Data: We store your license key, associated product, activation status, and order history to provide you with the service.

What We Don't Collect

• Your real name (unless you provide it voluntarily)
• Your email address (unless you provide it voluntarily)
• Your game account credentials
• Files from your computer
• Browsing history or cookies for tracking

How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used exclusively to:

• Verify your license and prevent unauthorized use
• Deliver software updates to authenticated users
• Detect and prevent abuse (key sharing, unauthorized access)
• Process and track orders

Data Storage

All data is stored on our private server infrastructure. We do not share, sell, or provide your data to any third party, except as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your license and activation data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your data removed, contact us on Discord and we'll handle it.

Third-Party Services

We use NOWPayments to process payments. Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review it on their website.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Continued use of SevvyMods after changes constitutes acceptance.
